What We Do
Families who know that they want a quality early childhood program (Preschool through Third Grades) but need help with program philosophies, resources, financial aid, or extra-curricular resources would come to Settled Seeds for academic consulting to help inform them of their options, narrow down choices, assist with admissions process, and more.
Imagine two different scenarios:
The first scenario is you picking up your child from school. You ask them how their day was, and in a flat, unenthusiastic tone they reply “Fine.” You respond by saying, “What was the best part of the day?” In the same fashion, they state “Lunch and recess.” When you probe for more details, you receive nothing but one-word answers with no excitement or light in your child’s eyes.
The second scenario: Imagine picking up your child from school, and asking them about his or her day at school. “Great! We worked on our art projects, I helped with the class science project on light and sound and my hypothesis was correct! Next, I sat next to my best friend for lunch, and we learned about a new word family in reading!” The joy and passion for learning is displayed in your child’s tone, body language, and facial expression.
